Welcome to the 2023 school year.
We hope that you have all had an enjoyable and restful break and got the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine.
This year has started off incredibly well with our students being very engaged in their learning. It has been excellent to see how passionate and committed they have been to their own improvement. The staff have all been incredibly proud of our students over the last week.
We would like to welcome all of our new families to the Pimpala Primary School Community. Our community provides a safe, secure and supportive enviroment to support the wellbeing and learning for all of our students.
Behind the scenes we have been having fortnightly converstations about the $12 Million Capital Works Project. We have been discussing possible designs for the new buidlings. We expect that work will begin towards the end of this year. We will be completeing the work in stages to ensure minimal distruption to our students and community.
I look forward to catching up with you all over the next few weeks and hope to see you all at our Acquaintance Night on 15 February and strongly encourage you to stay and attend the AGM.

The 2023 materials and services charge of $285 is compulsory, and therefore recoverable. This means if the charge is not paid, we can legally recover the debt from families.
Our school has determined that a materials and services charge of $285 will allow us to offer the resources, technology and programs that we would like for our students to complete their curriculum.
Some of the materials and services charge will support the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program.
Invoices were sent home last week.
Families are also able to apply for School Card.
Please contact Helen in the Finance Office if you have any questions.
