It’s not far away now! Our End Of Year Celebration will be held on Thursday, 5th December at 5:00pm and is expected to finish around 7:00pm.  This will enable more families to attend.  Each class will be involved in a short item, which will be performed over 2 acts on the night.  

Students will be expected to be at school from 4:45pm in order to meet their teachers and make sure they are organised and ready to perform. It is at this time that students will find out whether their class is in Act 1 or Act 2.

If you child is in Act 1 they will stay with their teacher from 4:45pm until the end of the act.  If your child is in Act 2, they will return to the care of their parents/caregivers until an announcement is made at the end of Act 1.

Students will be under the supervision of their classroom teacher during the entirety of the act they are performing in. They will then need to be signed out so they can spend the part of the evening they are not performing, with their families.

Please do not collect students while the rest of the act is on as they will be watching their fellow students performing with their class.  If there is a desperate need to do so, please let teachers know before the evening.  Teachers will have a sign in/sign out sheet. 

There will be a variety of sweet and savoury food and drinks available to purchase on the night.  We also encourage families to bring along their rugs and chairs, as seating will not be provided.
