Aussie of the Month is an award to acknowledge students who demonstrate good citizenship in line with the Australian Values.  The award is for to acknowledge achievent outside of acadmeics and sports.

The Australian Values are:

• Fair go - not just how we apply ourselves but also providing opportunity for all;
• Mateship - generosity of spirit and compassion for those in need;
• Respect - of self, others, of our community and the enviroment;
• Inclusion - celebrating difference and the rights and freedoms we are all entitled to.

Students can be nominated by a staff member who they believe demonstrates these values.  The Personnel Advisory Committee meets to decide on the most outstanding recipient.

Our inaugural winner was Ariehonour Shutter.  Our second winner will be announced at the assembly on Friday, 25 September, 2020.
